Prototype Development

With the use of 3D solid modeling software, we are able to provide our customers with an accurate CAD representation of the final product. This allows for prototype evaluation prior to machining. This also allows us to perform Finite Element Analysis, a vital tool in determining stress and deflection levels of a product under specified loads.

In the area of prototype welding, we use our Robotic Weld Cell to develop weld fixtures and welding processes. This ensures that any issues such as heat deformation, porosity, and weld esthetics are addressed and resolved.

Our in-house design team combined with our fully equipped machine shop results in a rapid transition from concept to design to prototype completion.
